1. Served as the perennial legal counsel of Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd., Ningbo United Group Co., Ltd., Xiangshan County Sub-branch of the People's Bank of China, Ningbo University, Ningbo Ningxing Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., Ningbo Four Seasons Yongyi Hotel Co., Ltd., etc.;

2. Dealed with a construction project contract dispute between an engineering company in Ningbo and an enterprise in Wenzhou (the amount of the subject matter was 100 million yuan), and a contract dispute over a construction project by a company in Ningbo v. a company in Fuzhou;

3. Dealed with China Development Bank Co., Ltd. v. Ningbo Shipping Co., Ltd., Sanmen Shipping Company, Taizhou Shipping Company Financial Loan Contract Dispute Project (the target amount is 337 million yuan); successfully represented China CITIC Bank, Huaxia Bank, Financial litigation cases such as Linshang Bank;

4. Handle the bond issuance of Shanshan Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Guangtian Riyue Group Co., Ltd., Luoyang New District Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Commerce Bank Co., Ltd.;

5. Acted as the bankruptcy liquidation case of Puluqi Textile (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., the bankruptcy liquidation case of Yuyao Sengao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the bankruptcy and reorganization case of Ningbo Free Trade Zone Xiangxeli Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Ningbo Free Trade Zone Saishi International Trade Co., Ltd., The bankruptcy administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ningbo Free Trade Zone Chuangshi International Trade Co., Ltd., the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ningbo Haode Metal Products Co., Ltd., and the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ningbo Haishan Paper Co., Ltd.
