Creditors of Zhejiang Weihai Holding Group Co., Ltd.:

On November 26, 2020, Ningbo Intermediate People's Court made (2020) Zhe 02 Poshen No. 24 civil ruling based on the application of Zhejiang Weihai Holding Group Co., Ltd. In the bankruptcy reorganization case, Beijing Zhonglun (Shanghai) Law Firm, Zhejiang Boning Law Firm and Zhonghui Accounting Firm were appointed as bankruptcy administrators on the same day.

Beijing Zhonglun (Shanghai) Law Firm, Zhejiang Boning Law Firm, and Zhonghui Accounting Firm, as the administrators of the bankruptcy and reorganization case of Weihai Company, are responsible for the registration and review of claims in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows :

1. Creditors should declare their claims to the administrator before February 4, 2021, and submit relevant certification materials for the amount of claims and whether there is property guarantee. Those who fail to declare within the time limit may make a supplementary declaration before the final distribution of the bankruptcy property, but the distribution that has been carried out before will not be supplemented. Expenses incurred for reviewing and confirming supplementary declaration of claims shall be borne by the supplementary declarer.

2. The following materials should be provided when declaring creditor's rights (for specific matters, please refer to the "Notes for Debt-declaration"):

If the creditor is the company, provide a copy of the business license (with the official seal), a copy of the organization code certificate (with the official seal, such as five certificates in one, no need to provide), the identity certificate of the legal representative (original), the legal representative Photocopy of personal ID card (signature confirmation); if the creditor is an individual, provide personal ID card certificate (copy signature confirmation); if an agent is entrusted to declare, a power of attorney (original copy) and the agent's identity certificate (copy need to be submitted) If you entrust a lawyer to declare your claims, you should submit a lawyer's practice certificate and a letter of assignment from the law firm.
