Creditors should declare their claims to the administrator before October 27, 2021, and submit relevant certification materials for the amount of claims and whether there is any property guarantee. Those who fail to declare within the time limit may make a supplementary declaration before the final distribution of the bankruptcy property, but the distribution that has been carried out before will not be supplemented. Expenses incurred for reviewing and confirming supplementary declaration of claims shall be borne by the supplementary declarer.
