1. Creditors should declare their claims to the administrator before September 30, 2021, and submit relevant certification materials for the amount of claims and whether there is property guarantee. Those who fail to declare within the time limit may make a supplementary declaration before the final distribution of the bankruptcy property, but the distribution that has been carried out before will not be supplemented. Expenses incurred for reviewing and confirming supplementary declaration of claims shall be borne by the supplementary declarer.

2. The following materials should be provided when declaring creditor's rights (for specific matters, please refer to the "Notes for Debt-declaration"):
