On December 11, 2019, the Fenghua District People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Fenghua Tianshun Heat Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as "Tianshun Plant") based on the application of the Ningbo Branch of PICC Property and Casualty Co., Ltd., and designated Zhejiang Province on the same day. 3. The first creditors' meeting of Fenghua Tianshun Heat Treatment Plant is scheduled to be held at the sixth court of the court at 14:00 on February 21, 2020.
