On December 13, 2019, the People's Court of Beilun District, Ningbo City ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ningbo Yongyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. On the same day, Zhejiang Boning Law Firm was appointed as the manager of Yongyi Company.

As the administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Yongyi Company, Zhejiang Boning Law Firm is responsible for the registration and review of creditor's rights in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Creditors should declare their claims to the administrator before February 24, 2020, and submit relevant certification materials for the amount of claims and whether there is property guarantee. Those who fail to declare within the time limit may make a supplementary declaration before the final distribution of the bankruptcy property, but the distribution that has been carried out before will not be supplemented.
