Ningbo Jiangbei District People's Court ruled on November 19, 2019 to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of the debtor Ningbo Yacheng International Trade Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Boning Law Firm is the manager of Yacheng Company.

As the administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Yacheng Company, Zhejiang Boning Law Firm is responsible for the registration and review of creditor's rights in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Creditors should declare their claims to the administrator before February 14, 2020, and submit relevant certification materials for the amount of claims and whether there is property guarantee.
