Creditors of Ninghai Guiyundong Ecotourism Development Co., Ltd.:

On October 15, 2019, upon the application of Chu Hongjin, the People's Court of Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, with (2019) Zhejiang 0226 Poshen No. 16 ruling, ruled to accept the case of Ninghai Guiyundong Ecotourism Development Co., Ltd.'s application for bankruptcy and liquidation, and On the same day, Zhejiang Boning Law Firm was appointed as the administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Guiyundong Company.

As the administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ninghai Guiyundong Ecotourism Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Boning Law Firm is responsible for the registration and review of creditor's rights in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
