On November 27, 2018, upon the application of Hu Fukui, the Ninghai County People's Court of Zhejiang Province ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ningbo Shenjiang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and designated Zhejiang Boning Law Firm for the bankruptcy liquidation of Ningbo Shenjiang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. case manager.

As the administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Ningbo Shenjiang Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Boning Law Firm is responsible for the registration and review of claims in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The creditor shall declare the creditor's rights to the administrator before February 15, 2019, and shall submit relevant certification materials for the amount of the creditor's rights and whether there is any property guarantee. Those who fail to declare within the time limit may make a supplementary declaration before the final distribution of the bankruptcy property, but the distribution that has been carried out before will not be supplemented. 4. When a creditor declares its claims, it should specify the contact address, zip code, telephone number, contact person, etc.

3. The first creditors' meeting of Ningbo Shenjiang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is scheduled to be held at the First Trial Chamber of Ninghai Court at 2:00 pm on February 28, 2019.
