According to the application of Ninghai County Haiyu Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haiyu Company"), the People's Court of Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, on September 26, 2017, ruled to accept the bankruptcy and liquidation case of Haiyu Company, and on the same day designated Zhejiang Bo Ning Law Firm serves as the manager of Haiyu Company. Zhejiang Boning Law Firm, as the administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Haiyu Company, is responsible for the registration and review of claims in accordance with the law. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The creditor shall declare the creditor's rights to the administrator within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice, and shall submit relevant certification materials for the amount of the creditor's rights and whether there is any property guarantee. Those who fail to declare within the time limit may make a supplementary declaration before the final distribution of the bankruptcy property, but the distribution that has been carried out before will not be supplemented. Expenses incurred for reviewing and confirming supplementary declaration of claims shall be borne by the supplementary declarer.
