2. Methods of charging

According to the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Justice's Fa Gai Price [2006] No. 611 "Administrative Measures for Lawyers' Service Fees":

1. If a law firm provides legal services in accordance with the lawyer's business scope stipulated in the Lawyers Law, it shall collect lawyer fees from the client according to the prescribed fee standard;

3. The following expenses shall be paid by the client separately: appraisal fee, notarization fee, travel expenses required for case handling, and other expenses paid by the law firm with the client.

4. If the entrustment relationship is terminated due to the fault of the lawyer, the law firm shall refund the lawyer's service fee; if the entrustment relationship is terminated not due to the fault of the lawyer, the law firm shall not refund the lawyer's service fee.
