On May 5, the Federation of Trade Unions of Ningbo National High-tech Zone (New Materials Science and Technology City) issued the document No. 21 [2022] of Ningbo High-tech Zone, confirming the list of "star demonstration trade unions" in the High-tech Zone (New Materials Science and Technology City) in 2021. Since 2015, the trade union has won the honorary title of "Annual Three-star Demonstration Trade Union" for seven consecutive years.

Since its official establishment in 2014, the labor union of our firm has performed its functions in strict accordance with the requirements of the labor union system, carried out various tasks in an orderly manner, and gave full play to the initiative and creativity of lawyers. It has successively organized cultural, sports and tourism activities such as recuperation, sports competitions, and fun team building, and regularly distributed employee welfare packages to actively create a harmonious working atmosphere.

To be awarded the honorary title of "Annual Three-Star Demonstration Trade Union" again is an affirmation and an incentive for the work of our trade union. The labor union of the institute will continue to uphold the purpose of serving the employees, be honest and upright, keep close contact with the employees, actively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and actively do practical, good and difficult things for employees.
